I am a Solicitor in the Personal Injury Department at Barker Booth & Eastwood. I practice across a wide spectrum of personal injury work including occupiers and public liability, workplace claims and road traffic accidents.
I graduated from University in Liverpool. After completing the legal practice course at the College of Law and then my training contract I qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Post qualification I have held senior positions in niche personal injury practices in the North West.
I am a passionate result driven solicitor with over 20 years’ experience acting exclusively for Claimants. I am very much client focussed with a pragmatic and holistic approach. I am acutely aware of client needs and pride myself on being approachable and building rapport. I provide practical and robust advice to ensure my clients know I will fight their corner during some of their most challenging moments. This includes focus on recovery, securing early treatment, ongoing rehabilitation and putting things right financially.
During my career I have represented clients who have suffered a wide variety of injuries, from straightforward soft tissue type to complex life changing trauma. I am experienced in dealing with cases of high value having acted for clients with cases pleaded in excess of £1 million. Outside of Work
Outside of work I am happily married with 4 children. I enjoy all sports albeit my playing days are well behind me. I particularly enjoy football and boxing.
