Nicola is an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor. She has been advising clients in respect of family law matters since 2003. Nicola joined the team at BBE Law in 2009. The majority of her work is received by recommendations from professionals working within the local community and former or other clients.
Nicola is a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Accreditation Scheme. She represents clients relating to their personal protection, the protection of their children, in resolving care arrangements for children and when the Local Authority Children’s Services become involved in family life. Nicola has extensive knowledge in these areas and has chosen in recent years to specialise in this family law work only.
Nicola is passionate about good legal representation being available to all who find themselves in difficult family circumstances. She is the legal aid supervisor for the firm and she often represents her clients through the benefit of legal aid in very difficult, urgent and emergency circumstances.
Nicola has a close relationship with Fylde Coast Women’s Aid and volunteers for the charitable organisation.
Nicola is a member of Resolution reflecting good practice standards and she has a patient, warm, caring and empathetic approach to her work.
