I am an experienced Family Law Solicitor and Director and Head of the Family Department at Barker Booth & Eastwood.
I specialise in advising clients in relation to any issues arising from relationship breakdown. This includes divorce and civil partnership dissolution, addressing the finances, family home, pensions, businesses and other assets. I also advise clients who plan to marry in relation to prenuptial agreements.
Within children work, I advise clients who are struggling to agree the arrangements for children with their ex-partner post separation, which includes cases where there are welfare or safeguarding concerns about a parent’s conduct or lifestyle. I also represent grandparents in relation to spending time with their grandchildren.
I like to take a proactive and straight-talking approach whilst building rapport with my clients and ensuring they are well informed from the outset as to the legal position and what factors are relevant to achieve a resolution as swiftly as possible.
I am proud to be an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme since 2012, a Member of Resolution and recognised as a leading Lawyer by Wiselaw. I have specialised in Family Law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2007. I became a Director and co-owner of Barker Booth & Eastwood in 2021 and Head of Department in 2023.

Outside of Work
I like to keep fit and have taken part in the New York, Paris and London marathons. I enjoy spending time with my family, two children and crazy boxer dog. I also enjoy a glass or two of red wine and spending time with friends.
