Dawn Lamb

I am a Director and Head of the Wills & Probate Department at Barker Booth & Eastwood.

I specialise in various areas of private client law that include dealing with the preparation of Wills, administering estates and obtaining Probate, setting up or administering Trusts, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparing applications and dealing with the Court of Protection where a person lacks capacity to make their own decisions.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and Dementia Friend.

I believe first and foremost in being approachable and simplifying complicated processes for clients. To be a good listener and also being able to have empathy.

Outside of Work

When I’m not in the office I enjoy open-water swimming, walking and reading.
