Donna Amos, Director within our Family Law Department, has recently been successful in her application to be re-accredited to The Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Accreditation panel.
The scheme, administered by The Law Society, is a recognised quality standard proving accredited family law practitioners are experts in their specialist area of Family Law. Once they achieve their initial accreditation, members must reapply every 5 years to demonstrate their continued expertise. Re-accreditation entails the submission of four case studies (2000 words each) and proof of Continuous Professional Development Training for the previous 5 years.
Donna was first accredited in 2012 and has been successfully re-accredited every 5 years since then. Her specialist areas of Family Law are Matrimonial Finances and Children Law.
Nicola Dewhurst, also within the Family Law department, is on the Advanced Accreditation panel too and her areas of specialism are Children Law and Domestic Abuse.
