Each of our departments are committed to specific service delivery criteria to ensure we strive to meet our Client Promise for all clients – whether individuals or businesses.

We regularly ask our clients for feedback around how we have performed against our promise – both informally and through questionnaires – as we look to continually improve our service.

Access
We will have disabled access to our main building by the end of 2019

We have car parking facilities at our offices

Home visits and visits to hospitals can be arranged upon request

Language
Interpreters can be arranged upon request

A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter can be arranged upon request

Documents can be produced in a larger type face when required.

Staff
Please ask if you would prefer to meet with a member of staff of a specific gender.
