Court of Protection

Stepping up for your loved ones

When a loved one loses the capacity to make their own decisions, they may need someone to step in. We can’t predict when we will fall ill, and not everyone will have put adequate plans in place to deal with such an event.

BBE Law can advise you on how to make an application to the Court of Protection to become that person’s appointed deputy. The court then sanctions the appointment of a nominated person(s) to make decisions for the incapacitated person.

Our experts have vast experience in such cases and can guide you through the process at what can be a difficult time.
