Gillian joined the Family Team as an Associate Solicitor in January 2022. Gillian has a varied practice covering all aspects of family law matters including but not limited to assisting parents or grandparents in making arrangements for children, personal protection including non-molestation and occupation orders, pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and assisting in the financial matters which arise from the breakdown of relationships. Gillian has a particular interest and area of expertise with regards to resolving matrimonial finances upon divorce for business owners and members of the farming community.
Gillian is a member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family lawyers and other professionals who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.
